A couple weeks ago I called to complain of a second remote that would only work on a couple of functions. We neglected to tell you it was for a DVR remote. you sent a remote that doesn't control a DVR. Would you please send us a remote that controls a second tv &dvr? Do we need to send the other replacement remote back to you? If so we'll need an address & instructions to do so. Also we tried to call you on the phone using the phone number 1-800-333 -3474 & the operator told us that's the number for "Direct TV".
