Dear Sir,


I would like to mention here that I booked tickets by your flight as per following details (through AVR travels and Tours) 249, Giri Nagar, Kalkaji, Delhi)


 


1. DN 519 29/4/2007 Delhi to Jammu


2. DN 538 30/4/2007 Jammu to Delhi


 


On 28/4/2007 evening I suddenly got a phone call stating that by mistake the tickets have been cancelled by the executive at call centre and then asked me to pay Rs. 1500/- immediately to reactivate the tickets which they said would be refunded after 45 days. I told them that you yourself have done the mistake then why should I be penalized.


 


I continued convincing them till mid of night and made more than 10 calls and at the end I was conveyed nothing doing the ticket stands cancelled.


 


I talked to following persons on 9818177008, 080 39008888


1) Mr. Navin


2) Mr. Augustin


3) Mr. Shyam


4) Mr. Navin


5) Mr. Imraj Pasha


6) Merran


7) Arun etc.


 


I was conveyed that it was Mr. Imraj Pasha of the call centre who made this mistake. It was terrific exercise and ultimately I was helpless. I was then refunded Rs. 3424.00 out of Rs. 5150.00 through the AVR Travels and Balance money as per Mr. Imraj Pasha shall be refunded within 45days for which I have to wait & watch.


 


I would like you to realize the hardship faced by me in undergoing all this as stated above for no fault of me.Pl refund my balance amount immediately & write me your action in this regard otherwise I shall approach the legal authorities for further action.
