To Whom It May Concern:

Customer Service phone number is useless. You call the toll free number and

wait for a representive; one never comes on the line. Then when asked to

leave a phone number for a callback, you get a message that the mailbox is

full. So there, dead in the water!

Problem: Slide Bushing on the Tri Copter Leg slides up and causes the Tri

Copter to be lopsided and unusuable. There needs to be a design change or a

work around to solve this problem! Probably not though, if the company

cannot be contacted.

The swingset is manufactured by , "Troxel Co. of Moscow Tenn."
