SUB: Complaint of Whirlpool Fridge 250 LTR

I had purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator (250 ltr) on 21st Jan 2007 from Saravana Store T. Nagar Chennai, under Warranty and Service Contract for 1 Year.

There was a body damage problem noted in the system and I had made complaint on 20th Feb 07 with Whirlpool Service Center. Service Engineer has noticed the problem with body. After 20 days they replaced the existing Fridge and given the new faulty Fridge with Front Door Damage.

I immediately observed problem while delivering the fridge at my place and reported to delivery boy. He called up his supervisor and they advised me to keep this fridge for the time being and after 2 days they will provide me new fridge. Same day demo person came to give the demo and he noticed the problem with front door, it was damaged. He reported to his supervisor and they committed new date and time for replacement after one week and he left.

After 10 days Whirlpool Engineer has visited my place and he collected all original bills and given me acknowledgment and after that nothing happened.

I have made innumerable request/call to nearest Whirlpool Service Center but no appropriate response has been provided by them.

I am really fed up now and I will appreciate if something could be done on this. I will never buy any product form Whirlpool and advice others too.

Also I request To define the value of 1 year warranty + Service Contract, as you have taken Service Charges under warranty and advantage for taking services from Whirlpool Service Center.
