ASURIAN/CELL PHONE INSURANCE I JUST CALLED THEM TO GET A REPLACEMENT AND THEY WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL THEN I CALLED BACK TO CANCEL AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A DONE DEAL AND I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO TAKE THE NEW PHONE. SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME I WAS SHIT OUT OF LUCK AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE GAVE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER IF I WAS NOT SURE AND THEN HE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I SAID THIS IS SHITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
