another lightlens.com complaint.. please post so I ordered some tail lgihts and headlight bulbs together and checked to have them shipped together.. the total for the whole order and shipping was 250$ .. a few days later my headlights came and I figured my tail lights would be there shortly.. about a week later they still did not arrive so I emailed the company and asked if they could let me know if the tail lights were on back order, how long it would be and if they could provide a tracking number.. a few weeks later I still had no tail lights, nor a response to my email.. I emailed them again and said that I was scared of being ripped off and If they would not respond within 2 business days , I would report them to authorities... still a week later, no response.. so then I wrote them one last time and said to cancel my order and if it was not cancelled by wedsday may 9, i would call my credit card company to have the transaction cancelled, and report them to the fbi department of fraud, the better business bureau and have complaints in various websites... now finally he writes me this back today : Your order has already been shipped by the TYC distributor and should arrive >this week so you will look pretty foolish if you go through all your temper >tantrums only to have the package arrive 30 minutes after all your public >complaining. >Thanks so much for your business I think they are a horrible excuse for a company, considering I am a business major in college, and they need to learn some customer service... I would advise anybody to not shop at that website and save yourself worry and trouble.
