about not receivd of payment receipt

Dear sir,

Sub: Complaint regarding receipt & guarantee card

This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a water purifier Aquaguard Inova UV based no. 12217 S.no. 2071697 from your sales agent Mr. Amjad Khan posted at Chittorgarh on dated 15/11/2006. The A/c payee Cheque no.552786 Bank SBI Chittorgarh dated 15/11/2006 of Rs. 7900.00 and cash payment of Rs. 100.00 was made to Mr. Amjad Khan. I was assured that the receipt for the above amount & the guarantee card duly filled would be provided to me within 15 days. After repeated reminders I am still not in receipt of the above documents.

I made a telephonic complaint more than one month back to the Udaipur office who assured me of prompt action, but to no avail.

I fail to understand this careless attitude of such an organization, which is known for its excellent customer care services. I request you to kindly expedite the matter at the earliest.
