Ford Motor Co.

I own a 1993 Mercury Villager. The title says it is a station wagon. When I give the number on the dash to the insurance co. (4 different ins. co.) it number indicates it is a van and I have to pay van insurance cost. I am paying $60 a month for a 14 yr old station wagon. The insurance co. doesn't care & the dealerships say sorry, they can't help.

I don't know who to contact at Ford Motor Co. Was this general practice or just a worker doing something they thought was "cute".
