Dear Sir/Madan.

This mail is regarding a genuine problem against Topping Recharge". I was rechaged my # 9897692971 with amount Rs. 149 topping and recieved 29 days validity till 07-5-2007 as per your *121# (dial), but on 07-5-2007 the Validity of the topping is expire.

I have talked alot about the issue with your C.Care Services but hav'nt recieved satisfactory feedback because i wanted to talk to the supervisor but can't after 4 attempts.

I am really hurted by the poor performance of the C.Care.

Hope this issue will be resolved ASAP and please keep me infromed regarding the status of my issue.
