Ladies and Gentlemen,

my credit card is monthly charged by RN *REALARCADEGAMEPASS and RN *RADIOPASS DE,

although I’ve certainly never booked any games and I also don’t know what the radiopass is for.

How can I find out? Who is behind these organizations? How to address them?

I have the same problem.

My credit card is monthly charges by:

- RN *REALMUSIC 11.99 Euros

- RN *REALARCADEG 9.95 Euros

- RN TONEPASS 6.95 Euros

For REALMUSIC I think I have cancelled my subscribtion but for the 2 others charges, I don't know what they are nor how can I do to stop them. My problem is that I am physically handicapped, I have a very small pension and now I am overdrawn by 3700 euros.

Can somebody help me?

Good Luck i have the same complaint & and am currently looking for a cure.Gamepass takes a regular payment from me, for no good purpose to me & i can not find access to my alleged account.May be this is considered good business practice these days but does not fit into my way.
