To whom it may concern,


I’ve just upgraded my Norton antivirus to your recommended Norton 360. I have registered it with a user name (my email address) and password. Now here’s my pet peeve: every time I access some part e.g. Norton’s back up capability it asked for another user name or password. I have given it to you once and I will only give it to you once, that is, I will only give you my e-mail address for my user name and the same password I gave you at the time I registered. If you cant accommodate this request, I will demand my money back and I gladly get back my previous protection service.
