I have written to all sources that I was able to find on the internet, also sent a hard copy to the concerned branch of your bank. Till date, I have not received any information from the bank. It seems like we have hit a dead end.. and there is no redressal. Am I talking to the wrong people, is this not a Bank with good reputation, Is this how you treat your customers…
It is very frustrating to communicate with your team… Nobody responds or even acknowledges… I guess, the best way to solve a problem is ignore it.. I guess that is the motto of this company.
Trust at least this email will initiate some dialogue from your bank and help resolve this matter.

On Aug 22, 06 I had sent across an letter to your bank about "Non communication about the closure of my bank account" and had requested for the last statement about my saving account transactions, remit all the balance amount to me and then complete the formalities of closing the account.
It is over a month and a half, till date I have not received any communication from your bank. I am shocked by this callous response from an esteemed organisation, claiming to follow international standard, like yours.
