BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY HARVEY NORMAN STAFF ( YENNY ) MALAYSIA Dear Sir/Madam Im Brian and have purchase a leather sofa from Harvey Norman outlet in Ikano Power Center sometime last year from the Sales person by the name of Yenny. The problem Im having is after 3 days of the said sofa delivered to my house, I notice that there are scratch marks and the color of the sofa was is dull not as the one shown in their showroom. I have called Harvey Norman and spoke to the sales person who sold the sofa to me and she said it will take atleast 2 to 4 weeks for her to solve the matter. I dont understand why it takes that long for them to solve it. I waited for almost 1 month plus but Yenny did not call or to explain what is the delay. I have call their customer service many times asking them to inform Yenny about my issues but all my messages was not replied. I wonder what kind of Management that is runnig the operation, they dont seem to bother to provide after sales service. Im taking this matter to you hoping that I will get an answer.
