Virgin/Mobile cell phones

Virgin Mobile Cell phones - The original complaint is long. If necessary, I will provide it, but right now, what I need is a real phone number, as opposed to the toll free number which is impossible to deal with, and the name and extension, or even email, of a person in authority. I would also like to know in what state they are headquartered here in the U.S. so that I might make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, FCC and any other relevant agencies.

They refuse to give me any of that information. Anything you could do would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Stacy Alben
