I resided in one of their condo's on Kellogg Rd. in Concord, OH from

October 2005 until March 2007. When we decided to move, the Landlord

(Todd and his wife Bonnie) said that our $1250 security deposit was going

to have to be used to "fix up" the condo. The only "damage" that was left

in this condo was about ten small nail holes that could've been filled in

with toothpaste! I will admit that I did not wash the kitchen floor or

clean the oven. I have left several messages requesting a call back or

for them to even mail me the receipts of the damage bills. They will not

return my calls or answer the phone. It is now May 4 2007, I plan to

have my Lawyer step in.
