Illegal construction

Dear Sir,

I am a resident of

Padmavathi Nilayam,

Plot No 53,Survey No 87,

RamaKrishna Nagar,

Madinaguda.

Our apartment has approval for Only 6 flats,

but my builder ( Balaji Constructions,Hyderabad, Prop: KV Rao , 9347514966 ) has built pent-house on top of 3rd

floor illegally.

The pent house was demolished twice by

Municipal authorities but again he has built without

caring.
