21st Mortgage: Mortgage company

They are our mortgage company for a mobile home loan. We have been with them for 5 years almost. Every single month since the first month they call and continually harrass and threaten wven if you are only a week late. They have called and discussed my mortgage with the owner of the mobile home park. They have called my home and threatened my minor sonthat he "better tell us to start finding a new home" They have called our co-signors 71 yr old mother and brutally bad mouthed us to her. (cosigner is 38 and doesn;t even live in her home) He has called my mother in law in another state and discussed this with her ( I am 45) Every single month. They have called my neighbors. My husband works nights and sleeps days. Alot of times he doesn;t hear his phone as he is sleeping. We do not have a house phone so the cell is the only way he can be reached. I just recently aquired a "pre-paid" cell phone,. This woman from 21st mortgage called everyone until someone gave her my cell phone number. My name is not on the mortgage nor have I ever talked to these people or been a contact for them. My husband had told the bank he would make Mays payment today. He slept until 4:00 pm got up and went to make a payment and his card was empty. (he has a prepaid credit card his payroll is put on automatically each month) When he called his work he was told because labor day was a holiday payroll was held back one day. When he called the bank to tell them he was sorry and would pay tomorrow morning they were brutal. He spoke to 2 differant people including a supervisor that ove rand over threatened him that they were foreclosing unless he borrowed the money to pay them today. By now it is 5:30pm all banks are closed. They continually harrassed him and kept him on the phone making him late for work though he continually told them he had to go he would be fired!! This is one month.

The other problem with this bank is they could care less about their interest here. This is a $30,000 mobile home. The trailer is splitting in half and rotting beyond repair. I have mold crawling up my walls and all windows are rotted out. The foundation is nothing but standing water. The footers are not put in to code. (no rebar) and the cement is literally crushed. This is the resposibility of the park owner. We have tried since we moved here to get it fixed. Even a judge has told them to fix it. they refuse. The bak refuses to send someone out here to look at this and help us. We have told them over and over if they foreclose they will not get 10,000 for this home. The bank refuses to stand behind it's customers at all. A Park employee that sets up these mobiles and fixes them has told us this mobile has to be split in half pulled out the foundation fixed and then all this interior damage that the foundation has caused has to be repaired by law. But he told us the only thing this owner of this park will do is when we sell it or if we lose it to the bank they will be force dto move it out of here as he'll condemn it. H especifically told us the owner of this park will NOT fix this mobile at all. And in 5 years he has not. We cannot afford an attorney and thought the bank might help since they have an interest inthe property but all they say is oh well.

This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with and I have owned homes before on my own. I have never ever heard of a bank constantly harrassing you even before you are late. I have never heard of them threatening borrowers children and calling everyone and their brother that has nothing to do with this loan and harrass them and tell them our business. I am stunned that they didn;t even care that my husband wouldbe late for work and would get fired for being late yet deliberately keep him on the phone. (he thought hanging up on them would get him in more trouble)

They call us all hours of the day and night. I have read that bill collectors cannot call you before 8:30am yet they call at 7:30am just the other day 8:15am. It seems they are above the law.
