Maybelline Wet Shine nail polish

This is my second letter to Maybelline. I complained about the top of the nail polish separating from the brush. It happened many times, and it becomes very difficult to use the polish. I love the polish and hate when that happens which is very often!

There was a period of about 2 purchases when it didn't happen and now it is happening every time I purchase the nail polish. Why can't you get you manufacturer to correct this problem? Even though I like the polish, I am about to stop purchasing it because it makes me so angry when the top separates.

I certainly can't be the only one this is happening to. Please tell me why it cannot be corrected!!!
