V.I.P. Discount Auto Store/Londonderry NH

After seeing all those ads for V.I.P Auto Stores, I thought this would be the next place for me to go for service and products. The ads seem so sincere, honest and the employees so full of knowledge and eager to help.

I wanted a stronger battery for my pick up truck and this morning went to their Londonderry, NH store.

It was early and all most the car bins were open and there was nobody in the store.

I went to parts and requested the strongest battery they had. 1st, I was told that I needed to find the VIN # because there were two types V8- engines for my truck. I was surprised and maybe not clear that I wanted THEM to put the battery in my vehicle. The man looked at me and then told me the man that puts the battery in would not be able to do it until 1:00pm. I was getting upset... Next, I was told to try the DERRY, NH store.... I left shaking my head.

I arrived at the Derry store and total different atmosphere. Also, in a large sign over the batteries, WE INSTALL FOR FREE! This parts man asked for my keys to look at my vin number 1st, then came back and quoted me a price. I smiled, bought the battery and left satisfied.

Londonderry V.I.P really sets a poor bar for the company that boats about such a GREAT staff
