You can not rely on their "promises" to deliver in the time frame quoted.

You can also expect them to lie about order information and delivery time

when you check on the past due delivery.

This is not the first complaint and will likely not be the last. It is better not to

learn the hard way.

Scandinavian Comfort has been in business for 26years. These two complaints date 2007 and 2008? Has anybody gone back to store or inquired in the last 3 years? The address even shows how old the complaints are, the store moved 3 1/2 years ago...same plaza right next to Trader Joe's Beautiful store and they have about 25 local artist (art work). Give them another shot or at least go in there and ask questions.

I had the absolute same problem with this company. We were supposed to get 6 chairs with our table and they only delivered 3. We waited 4 months to receive 2 more. They finally refunded our money for the last chair after we went in there daily to complain. They have every excuse in the book, as does the owner. Don't buy from this place!
