Hutch Connection / Prepaid to Postpaid Activation

Dear Sir,


I am Gautam Chauhan and really very happy to use my hutch connection (9999081131) from last 6 months. I never get any problem in this duration. But, recently I am facing a lot of problem due to your LIVE WIRE CALL CENTER SERVICES PVT LTD. The whole story I want to narrate you in detail, so you can understand my problem and see how your LIVE WIRE peoples misguide your customers.


1. On 19-05-2006 at about 01:30 pm, i have received a call from Mr Vikas Srivastva & as per offer given by him i accepted to change my Prepaid connection into Pstpaid on the same hutch No.


2. On 24-05-2006 at about 11:30 am, their reprsentative come & taken all the necessary documents from me with a required fee of Rs 250/- as activation fee for the said connection. He told that the connection will be activated with in 48 Hrs on the new sim provided by him for the postpaid.


3. I am continously following up with LIVE WIRE CALL CENTER SERVICES PVT LTD & HUTCH CARE for activation of the said connection. Various representatives are misguiding me by saying that the connection will activate with in 24 hrs whenever i talked for the same & not explaining me the right reason for not activation of the number.


4. I am getting totally harassed by this LIVE WIRE and now I am not able to keep on my mobile phone.


Now I request you to kindly take some proper action on my request and also take appropriate action against LIVE WIRE CALL CENTER SERVICES. So, in future they don’t try to misguide any consumer.
