Worked here for 24 years and was terminated for working through my lunch.

They dictate when to take a lunch, and when to enter it.

Myself and my attorneys realized this had to do with removing senior driver

for pension, (I was 6 years to full pension), wage and labor violations

that FedEx is constantly saying is not happening but, just Google Fed EX

lawsuits, and read through any one of them ,and you will see what a bunch of

racist, discriminatory, ruthless bunch of thugs they really are.

This company uses their security forces to follow and harrass and intimidate

its work force.They openly laugh at the possibility of any union help, and

remind the workers that they are very easily replaceable.

My complaint is intended for the college grads to not look at Fed EX as a

future employer,they will promise you roses and trust me with my 24 years of

experience and from the hundreds and hundreds of past employees who have

been treated like absolute garbage, if your intention is retiring at a large

great company go to U.P.S.

Trust me and pass this around, you do not want to take that hard earned

degree and all that education, to a company with no honor, and consideration

for its work force.
