Charter Communications is the WORST!!

For over 2 weeks I have been calling almost every day about email issues.

Each time I have to speak to a different person because you cannot request to talk to the last person you talked to.

Every time that person made me run through the same thing over and over and over. Then they said they would send it to the tech. dept. to fix.

Every day I would call back and they had no record of anything!!!

After 2 weeks of this after explaning myself for the millionth time, I asked to talk to a superviser. Well they would not let me.

We are always having problems with out internet and cable TV service as well.

Thankfully we do not have their phone service, which is useless when then system is down anyhow (which is often!!).

They keep raising the prices and the quality of customer service is AWFUL!!

Time for me to start shopping around, but for the most part, due to some political butt kissing in the City of Worcester, MA, they are pretty much the only provider here!!!

UGH!
