Americatel offered by TV add, that we can make calls to Colombia at 0.6 cents a minute. I decided to call on 04/24/07 and two calls on 04/25/07. The first one was for abour 24 minutes and they charge US$4.65; the second one was for 3 minutes and they charged $1.71 and the last one for 9 minutes they charged $2.55. The total with Funds fees, Administrative fees, Taxes, was $11.13 for 36 minutes.

I always use calling cards and for US$5.00 y can talk for 90 or 120 minutes depending on the card.

I just call them and they said that the PROMOTION was one week before and one week after. They don't only charge double ...THEY CHARGE CONNECTIONS FEES.

They don't say that on TV. I will never use their services again.

What a shame!

A TOTAL LIE, A CALL TO MEXICO WILL END UP COSTING YOU LIKE 50 CENTS PER MINUTE, AND AFTER YOU MAKE ONE CCALL, THEY START ANNOYING YOU TO TRY TO CONVINCE YOU TO CHANGE PHONE COMPANIES. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
