picture.com/photo competition

I have a complaint about picture.com.

I sent in a picture I took online last year.

I then received a letter thru the post saying that i got to be a semi-finalist and that my picture would be in the Endless Journeys magazine.

I was so happy that i actually paid for the book thru credit card.The next month I sent in the application,the money was withdrawn from my account,but I haven`t heard from them since.

I sent in a complaint mail and there was no reply.

When i tried sending in another mail.it got kicked and came back to me.

I think that I was cheated.

Has anyone had this problem before?

I actually paid a lump sum just to get the book which my photo was supposedly printed- out.

Can I get any advice?Thank you
