Please do not buy from this company, they do bad business, the managers are down right nasty and mean. I placed an order on 5/11/07 for 5 pieces. I was told it would be delivered in 14 days. On the day it was suppose to be delivered, no one showed up but I figured since it was a holiday, it would be the next day. The next day when no one showed up, I called the store and asked when it was to be delivered. After getting shuffled back and forth to a bunch of rude people, I was finally told 1 piece of my order was on backorder until the end of July. Their policy apparently is that if one item is on backorder, they will not ship the rest unless you call and tell them to ship the rest of the stuff. They NEVER even called me to tell me that it was on backorder.....I had to call them. So I decided to go into the store today and talk to a manager.....I shouldn't have wasted the gas and my time. He did not want to hear anything I had to say, told me my business was worthless and called me a B***H! I did not do anything to warant the kind of treatment I got from them, I kept my cool, did not raise my voice or anything. So please, do not buy from them.....I work in customer service and I have never been treated so badly. No one deserves that...they do not care about the customer at all. All the want is your money....after you place the order, they drop the ball and could care less. All this heartache could have been avoided if only they would have called me to tell an item was on backorder......it was that simple.


The store was Ashley Furniture in Frisco, TX.
