Yahoo personal dating service.

I subscribed to this on the 25th of may. Everytime I try to email someone that I am interested in, a page comes up saying you have to subscribe first. But I did! It won't let me email or I.M. someone. I subsribed 3 different times thinking I made an error, but it is still the same. This is gettiing really frustrating. Am I going to be billed 3 different times now? I would like this solution taken care of. It said to click on customer care button at the end of the page, but their is no such button. Please fix this problem for me!!!!
