I have a US bank account and they held a check and charged me overdraft charges. I found out the same day they charged me overdraft (6 times) they also placed my check into my account. All these transactions where done after my check cleared. Is there anything I can do. How long have they been doing this to other people. The bank is us bank in Lake Forest California.
