Vonage

To whom it may concern:

I'd like to post these comments regarding Vonage. The service claim to work on any high speed internet connection is riddled with problems: such as echo-back, noise on the line and so forth that make it difficult to talk, worse than, in my experience other VoIP providers. My vonage v-phone broke (just stopped working) and even replacing it was a hassle.

Wait times for customer service are very long, and they make it very difficult to cancel the service without repeated insistence.

All in all, they cause a great deal of frustration and hassle and are a poor, poor service.
