United Auto Credit of Birmingham, Alabama

Hi,

I would like to tell everyone about United Auto of Birmingham, Alabama. I just read a complaint about the United Auto Credit of Minnesota. That individual has not experienced the torture my daughter has received from this company. They call if payment is not received on the payment date. If the payment is not received in the mail; I guess they just start calling people on that day. They have threatened to repo the car if payment is less 5 days late. They don't care how they talk to people. I took a phone call for my daughter and a young man told me I had selected hearing because I did not understand something he was telling me. They told me everything about her account. They call everyone on her reference list everyday and sometime twice a day. The young man that told me I had selected hearing was Marty Holland. Most of them will not identify themselves. This was the rudest person I had ever talked to. I couldn't believe he was responsible for talking to customers concerning their account. I wish someone could force these people to treat customers with a little respect. They don't care how they talk to people. They will use any kind of scare tactics. They will not listen to anything you tell them concerning your payment.

This seems to be the way this company operates. I also read a similar experience from someone at United Credit of Louisville. Please do not finance a car loan from this company.!!!!
