I bought this TV on July 16th, 2006. In the first 10 months it looks OK. Then on May 26th, 2007(I still feel lucky because it is under warrenty), suddenly there was no video signal but only audio signal. The back light of LCD screen as well as the LCD screen can not power up anymore. I called the customer service, waited for more than 20 minutes before someone picked up the phone. Then I told her my problem. The assistant trandferred my call to technical service, I waited for another 20 minutes before someone picked up. I was told that my TV was discontinued and the technical service told me that once I ship the broken one back, they will send me a brand-new one as replacement, which made me feel a little bit happier after 1 hour's waiting. Then I got the shipping tag on May 30th. Before sending out my broken TV, I called the customer service again to double check with them about the shipping and replacement. The assistant said I am only going to get a used-one as replacement, which is completely different from what I was told before, and she can not tell how long it will take before they can find a replacement for me, which means I may need to wait for months...Even Worse, I have to carry this 100 lbs broken TV to UPS because Syntax refused to choose UPS pickup as their return shipping method!!!!!!!!!!
