Providian to SST Visa

Apparently IM not the only one in this boat - Providian sold their accounts to SST. The info I have here for them is:

My providian balance was paid, and additional charges added the day after - which was the same day as the switch. SST's supervisors cannot maintain a conversation with being interruptive and beligerant. If anyone wants to join me, I am writing the Banking Commission of Georgia to file a formal complaint.
