NIKE COTTAGE SHOES (PLANNET SPORT)

Respected Sir,

I have purchased nike shoes from shree nath fabrics pvt ltd, opp jain derasar mandir, Lal bunglow parley point, Surat.95007 and his e mail address is Email User

I have given my sons sports shoes which I purchased from this Nike shop and this shop keeper has given me in writing that these shoes are kept for consideration for the nike officer mr vikas for consideration since last one year,

Now mr vikas has left the company and that the sol has come out from its pasting it will be only repaired and given but I have visited the shop four to five times where the shop keeper could not find my sons shoes now he has grown up and the shop keeper has kept my shoes for consideration from Nike shoe company (sport station) since one year.

I want this matter to be taken seriously by Nike company as I will be complaining to Nike world and giving this matter in local news papers as well I will be forced to go consumer forum and grakh suraksha mandas at surat It will will surely hamper the identy of Nike because of this particular shop keeper whose name is SHALIGRAM C NIKAM and his mobile number is 9898007975 9375007975 He is replying very rudely to the customers and giving abrubt answers.

He is playing with me giving statement saying the shoes are sent to delhi for consideration , sometimes saying there was flood and it must have gone away in the flood, I am not finding the shoes,

I will be putting forwad a case against such a Nike shop keeper who is playing with customers.

I want complete action to be taken for such a dealer and his agency should be stopped and strict action to be taken against him.

I demant a new pair of shoes and I do not want it free of cost but as these are shoes are lying withe this dealer for just consideration since one year and that he has given to me in his own hand writing and it is the proff I have got that he has my sons shoes with him ,I asked for official receipt when I gave the shoes for consideration when they had come out from pasting of the sole within one year, but he did not give me on Nike slip.

This dealer is a fraud and action should be taken against him and seen that I get a new pair of shoes for my son at discounted rate.

I do not demand it free as the shoes were used but it should be returned back and that also not after a year when the foot has groon big and when the child could not wear it.
