JB factory carpets/Kent wa

JB Factory In kent Wa. I had paid for a 12' x 15' foot piece of vinyl flooring from John on saturday the 19th of June 2007 he said he would have it available for pick up in an hour when I returned it was ready but when I got home and was ready to lay down found that they had only cut me 150sq feet and charged me for 180 sq ft. I had to goto home depot immediatly to by another 180 sq feet.when I went to return the miss cut roll they refused to give me a refund or give me the 30 sq feet they shorted me.For all consumers out there the prices may seem like a deal.But the only ones happy are the crooks at Jb namely the Owner John do not buy.Go to Home Depot or another warehouse store quality is much better and prices are just as fair plus if they mess up they will fix it.Thank you
