Member’s Edge LLC – I suddenly had a voice mail charge of 19.95 on my AT&T bill. I never signed up for this service and couldn’t get through to their customer service for my credit. The connection to a customer service rep disconnected me. I had to call back several times. The billing company ILD Teleservices is almost as bad. They answer the phone but tell you they cant do anything.
