I have purchased 21 Inches Videocon CTV during world cup offer from AKRUTI Electronic Ghatkopar East Mumbai on March 07 but did not received cordless head phone and 4 year extended warrant card which was part of offer. Dealer promised me that it will be delivered in one week time. After almost 2 month had past but I did not get same .So many times I visited dealer personally and every time he say it will delivered in one week time but that week did not come up so far. I booked complaint to your customer service center but they said that it is responsibility of dealer to deliver the cordless head phone and 4 year extended warrant card . You are requested to look into issue.
