TARGET STORE, LAKE ELSINORE, CA

The Target store in Lake Elsinore, CA has the worst manager I have ever seen. Her name is Sandy and she refuses to take phone calls or to speak to a customer and has assistant managers speak to you.

I live in a new community in Lake Elsinore of 1000 residents. We have contacted Home Depot and Lowes regarding their carts along Central Avenue and they have picked them up right away. We have never had any cooperation from the Target store and there are 3 red Target carts at the bus stop and they have been there for over a month. We thought Target cared about the community in which their store was located but they are the worst store we have ever contacted. We wrote the main office and never received an answer. The other stores said the carts cost $175.00 each and they wanted them back. Target does not care and probably will raise the price of items to make up the loss.

It's disgusting.
