Well, Indiatimes is the worst customer service that you can get. the agents cannot converse in English properly and they don't know how their own process works and what their company is about. And promises are definetely made to be broken. The customer care is headed by one mindless, stupid supervisor who is always on the other end of the floor. I just dont understand what is she doing sitting in a corner when the customer is extremely upset and the agents act like machines.

Then they have a lunatics department called "Concerned Department" where people are rude, insensitive and have a careless attitude. They simply don't know what they are doing.

If you are planning to shop through indiatimes, be prepared not to receive the product on time/partial delivery and have loads of patience. And if you dont speak Hindi, God bless you!

And whenever you check online, if you see that the product is shipped, it doesnot mean that the product is on its way to you. It means that the request has been shipped to the "merchant". Isn't this ridiculous? It is so misleading. And when you call the Customer Care, they claim that it'll take 45 working days for the magazine to be delivered!!!!!

Oh God! it is so damn frustrating..... they have a customer care department who are there merely to set call backs from the Complaint department and the complaint department cannot receive calls from the customer. So the customer is like a football jostling between the two departments and never receives a straight forward clear answer.
