This is to bring to your kind notice that we have made a complaint for our refrigerator REF. NO.--DPV7D19004 on 19th of April 2007 at the call center and we had been told that someone will attend within next 24 hrs.

Since that time we have called so many times and they have given us a Noida Service center contact no. which is --- 4256303, contact person Mr. Neeraj, but either we were not able to connect to this number and for thrice we have managed to speak with Mr. Neeraj & he also had assured us to send the eingineer either that day only in the evening or the very next day.

But I am afraid to say that till today none of your engineer has attended this complaint.

This is a pathetic service and this is obviously going to effect what you may judge yourself.
