Cingular has started to detiorate

Cingular has started to detiorate Cingular over billed me. So I called into customer service. As soon as I got through entering my phone number, and pressing all the right buttons, Cingular's automated voices said I may need to wait "over 10 minutes."
It has been 21 minutes. It keeps saying "we apologize for the delay."
I used to never have to wait more than 1 minute before Cingular Wireless became the "New ATT" what happened? This is the worst. I put in over $185/month though my cell phone service and wireless. Seems that the customer service is getting worse.
