reg. billing for another year without authorization and after many letters of complaints to them last year. All we had was trouble in using this service and could not use even once last year !

 

Dear Sirs:


I received a billing on one of my credit cards for Blue Mountain e-mail greeting cards.


I do not desire to continue using Blue Mountain Greeting Cards beyond the expiration of last years billing period. AND -- I certainly do not appreciate you billing my credit card account without my specific permission!


I want Blue Mountain to cancel this order and notify my credit card company of this action. note to Blue Mountain.. the next step is the BBB. Fix this now !!! Ken and Ann Marie Solch Email User
