HDFC Debit Card PIN

Hi,

I would like to report my experience with HDFC Bankig Services. I requested for a Debit Card PIN, and the request was taken on 5th May 2007. Till date, I have not received the same. On calling the phone banking executive twice, I always get the reply that their dispatching department has dispatched the PIN to some godforsaken place for some reasons. Even after multiple calls, I have not yet received any updates on why it was sent there in the first place, and secondly when I will be receiving the PIN. I would be glad to know if I can redress these issues via any forum...The PIN should have reached me within 7 working days.
