The Digital Nerds I recently ordered a camera from The Digital Nerds. They sent an e-mail reply asking me to call the confirm the order, which I did. In the telephone conversation, they confirmed the availability of the camera and tried to tell me what accessories I was missing. Their prices for the accessories were overpriced. I declined to buy the accessories. They thanked me and said the camera would be shipped. The next day I received an e-mail message telling me that the product was out of stock for 6-8 weeks and the order was cancelled. Like Complaints complaint # 144160, I believe that they cancelled the order and lied about the availability because I did not buy their overpriced accessories. I am going to the Better Business Bureau.
