Reliance Post paid Connection / Reliance post Paid

Sir,

I was using reliance postpaid phone. There after , I decided to take Reliance land-line for my purpose and changed my reliance post-paid connection on cellphone to reliance pre-paid.

I didn't feel any more use of my reliance prepaid connection so, i didn't recharged the phone. After 6-8 month I wish to recharge it again to gift it to my friend but it was not working. I am not able to make the call to customer care. I met the customer care executive at Reliance web-world. They tried many times, Mailed to their respective heads and promise me to do whatever they can. It is almost one year passed and yet I am not able to make a call from this Reliance pre-paid phone.

Please anybody , who can help me anyway , come forward. As this cellphone can't be used for some other connection also and its a expensive phone.
