I purchased CA Security Suites for my computer. I uninstalled Norton Utility and attempted to load CA. The loading went fine but then when my computer tried to run it, it crashed big time. I waited a few weeks and tried again. Of course by them the rebate had passed. I tried it a second time with the same result. I contacted the company and they will not stand behind the product but did extend the rebate. Most recently I contacted the tech people who told me the problem was Norton had traces and to contact Norton. This I did and followed the directions of their tech people. I loaded CA and again it crashed. It takes hours to get it off the computer. Now they are telling me I cannot get a refund because the product is over 30 days old. What kind of company is it that does not stand behind its merchandise? Buyer beware and all that but CompUSA said it would work. I'm out $50.
