To Whom this may Concern:

I have been a loyal customer for some time now. My husband and I usually rent 3-4 movies at a time once a week or so. We have always been satisfied with the service we get when we go there.

However, as of late, my experiences with your Coralville establishment have not been the best.

We were in on Wednesday, May 16th, and picked out three movies. Two were new releases and one was a regular release. It was slow, so we forgave the guy sitting on the counter watching a movie. We also forgave the guy who was putting movies away and ignoring us.

What I could not forgive, though, was when I put the movies on the counter to pay. Please note that the guy sitting on the counter watching the movie didn't even move. He looked at me and continued watching the movie. The other guy came up to me, took the cases an TOSSED the regular release back at me and said "you have to go back and get the one behind it." He then ALSO looked up to watch the movie, leaving me to remember where I may have found the movie. There was no offer of help, no indication of even where to look.

It gets even better. We left, only to find out that we had not gotten a receipt. I wanted to go back in, but my husband probably would have blown a gasket at that point. When I called yesterday to find out when the movies were due, the person on the other end put me on hold, then picked up and said (with no greeting), "NAME?" I gave him my name, and he replied, "TODAY" and HUNG UP ON ME! I'm sorry, but this is not the way I want to be treated when doing a simple inquiry. Experiences like this make me want to go to Netflix to avoid those individuals that obviously have no idea how to provide adequete (see, I'm not even asking for excellent) customer service.
