GT Direct for The Firm

I've called the phone number that I was given by the Firm to contact GT

Direct for refund of money charged for a service I had no idea I was being

billed for. I just wanted to buy the "steps" from The Firm and somehow, I

was enrolled in their club. I DO NOT want to be a member of The Firm. I just

wanted the product. BUT - Now I've been charged 24.95 to my credit card and

there's no way to retrieve it....as GT Direct lies to you and tells you

they'll call you right back, but after 3 days of leaving messages, I've

still received no call back. Is this really a viable business? Also - I WILL

NEVER ORDER from The Firm again and will spread the word that they associate

themselves with liars. This experience tells me that ordering anything on

the web can be highly risky as they can charge you for something you don't

want...and then just TRY to get your money back!
