Dear Sir,

I hope this feedback goes to the management in Su-kam.

I got this 800VA inverter installed on 13th May, 2006. It is has stopped getting charged since 20th of May.

First I register a complaint (Complaint No. – 30913) which was closed because the Engineer found the door locked. He did not call or rung the bell, just stuck a door locked slip and went off.

I was then again asked to register a complaint (complaint No – 31389) which I got booked on 22nd evening and till date no one has contacted me.

You can very well imagine how difficult it is to deal with the increasing temperatures in the city.

Is there any after sales service you provide for charging such a premium cost to your customers? Is there any maximum time commitment you have for repairs?

I feel a company without a proper post and pre sales support cannot survive in today’s competitive world even though Mr. Sachdev made it a 200 Crore company from Rs. 10,000 Rs.
