AOL May 2007 AoL have been billing me for months for a cancelled account. They have confirmed to me that I have not authorized any payment to them and they confirm that they have no record of me having an account with them. The billing department however insist they cannot tell me if they have taken monthly payments from me, even though, via my bank, it is pretty clear. Same day, same amount, every month. Their solution is to send me paperwork to fill in so they can investigate the matter. The paperwork is called " termination" paperwork. How can they terminate a relationship we don't have? They know how much they have taken and for how long. I have never even logged onto AOL in 3 years , let alone used their services. The customer service is not rude, but the CSR's are obtuse and the policies silly. I loathe the Company and will make it my business to tell everybody I know through whatever medium I can Nick Orford From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 24-May-07 18:18:22 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
