maytag neptune / in need of repairs often

I purchased a Maytag Neptune washing machine 2/2005. I was unaware of the

class action suit that was going on in . I am and have been experiencing

problems since the original purchase - service man is coming today (this

will be the third visit in 2 years 3 months). The motor was replaced

august 2006. Is there anything I can do? Or is it too late to do

anything......any advice would be appreciated. I found out about the class

action suit on the internet, I was curious if others were having problems

or did I just happen to be unlucky with my purchase - guess I was wrong.
